Returns Policy

Though we always take great care while dispatching products to you, there can be rare occasions where you may want to return, exchange or cancel the order. Mentioned below are the terms and conditions for the same.

Items which are returnable and exchangeable?

·         Product to be unwashed & unworn

·         Product to be in original condition & packaging (tags etc)

·         Having manufacturing defect in the item

·         Wrong product (size, color or design) sent.

·         Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment

How to Return/Exchange the order?

·         Click this link Return Center to request return/exchange or Email our Customer Support at [email protected] along with order no. to place your return request. Exchange will be applicable for the same size.

·         In case of damaged product, click this link Return Center or send us the images along with order number to [email protected]

·         You need to enter your email address & order number. Follow the screen instructions & select the items you want to return/exchange.

·         We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange request.

·         When your return/exchange request is approved, you need to ship the product back to us and provide us the courier details. Will initiate return/exchange product only post receipt of the product in proper condition with product being unused/unworn , all the tags remain intact as detailed above.

·         For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.

 

Any charges for return?

·         In case of refund or return request, shipping and COD charges are non refundable.

·         You need to ship back the product to us .We will adjust or refund the actual amount or an amount subject to a maximum of Rs 60 as courier charge (minimum of the two).

·         Will refund fully along with shipping charges(maximum of Rs 60) in case of manufacturing defect or damaged product received. Customer has to ship back the defective or damaged product . Post receipt of the product and after proper inspection of the product, refund will be initiated.

How to pack the return order parcel

1.    Please ensure that the products to be returned are packed properly and securely so that there is no loss of damage to the product during transit having proper original packaging and tags intact.

2.    Please ensure that original invoice is there along with returned product as a proof of purchase.

3.    Kindly mention our return address (given below), order number while returning the parcel.

4.    For self shipped returns, kindly provide us courier name, tracking number, order number at [email protected] 

Where do I send my return?

Please ensure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the YAH Fashions order number in case of self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

How long will the entire process take?

Once receiving the product returned we will inform you about the receipt of the product returned , it normally takes us 48 hours (excluding Sunday) to initiate the refund process. However we will best try to shorten the refund process as soon as we can.

How will I be refunded for the return?

In case of payment made by the customer through credit/debit card/net banking/COD, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done. Please allow 10-14 business day for your refund to be credited to your bank account.

In case of payment through any wallet like Paytm, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
