Though we always take great care while dispatching products to you, there can be rare occasions where you may want to return or cancel the order.
Mentioned below are the terms and conditions for the same.
– The seal/packaging of the products should not be broken.
– If there is any manufacturing defect.
– Wrong product (size, color or design) sent.
– Return request should be raised within 3 days after delivery of the product. After that no returns would be accepted.
– In case of return of non-damaged items, the shipping cost of the return shipment would not be bourn by Crafters Emporio. The customer will have to pack it and pay for the return shipment also.
– No order cancellations will be accepted after the package has been shipped.
How to Return the order?
– Please mail us at email@example.com along with the invoice number or invoice date and the name of the product that you wish to return.

– After the approval of the return shipment, it would take 4-5 days for us to process the return request.
– In case of COD orders, the refund would be initiated, only after we receive the amount in our bank account from the courier service. We would refund the complete

How to cancel the order?
– We ship all the orders at 4:00pm. Please cancel any order before that.
– After dispatching the shipment, no order would be cancelled. In case you still wish to cancel it, the cost of return shipment would not be borne by Crafters Emporio.
