Though we always take great care while dispatching products to you, there can be rare occasions where you may want to return or cancel the order.
Mentioned below are the terms and conditions for the same.
– A product is eligible for return only if there is any manufacturing defect.
– A product will only be returned or exchanged if the products is not broken.
– A product is eligible for return if wrong product (size or design) has been sent.
– Return request should be raised within 3 days after delivery of the product. After that no returns would be accepted. The date of delivery will be cross checked with the courier company.
– In case of return of non-damaged items, the shipping cost of the return shipment would not be bourn by Crafters Emporio.
-The customer will have to pack it and pay for the return shipment also. These charges will be refunded only if the product is found faulty after inspection.
-Before any refund, the product will be thoroughly checked and inspected. The customer will have to pay the shipping charges. In case, no defect is found in the product, the customer will have to bear all the shipping costs and under no circumstances, the product will be refunded.
-Crafters Emporio holds the right to change the selected shipping service depending upon the risk of RTO (return to origin) and other factors resulting in damage to the products or any delays in delivery. The customers who have paid before will be pre-informed if there would be any significant difference in shipping charges. In case of COD, the amount will be auto changed.
How to Return the order?
– Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the invoice number or invoice date and the name of the product that you wish to return.

– If in case of manufacturing defect, please attach the images of the damaged products in the email or in chat.
– After the approval of the return shipment, it would take 4-5 days for us to process the return request.
– In case of COD orders, the refund would be initiated, only after we receive the amount in our bank account from the courier service. We would refund the complete
– All the refunds would be initiated only after proper inspection of the products.
-If the product is found damaged when we receive it, even then no refunds would be initiated.
How to make changes in the order?
– If any changes in the order such as changes in items, address, contact number etc. are to be done kindly inform us by 6pm the very same day when order is placed.
– After dispatching the shipment, no order would be cancelled.
– No changes will be made once the package has been shipped.
